Irreversible Telecom & Compute Resource Consumption

Consumed voice minutes and chat credits incur irreversible real-time GPU compute and carrier telecom SIP costs. We provide 10 complimentary voice minutes and 200 chat credits on registration to test the platform before paid activation.

Refund Policy Overview & Consumable Nature

All payments made to Parwal AI (operating from DDU Nagar, Raipur 492001, Chhattisgarh, India)—including recurring subscriptions, prepaid minute bundles, wallet top-ups, and phone number leases—are non-refundable once consumed or after subscription activation, except for verified technical duplicate deductions.

Technical Rationale (Compute & Telecom Pass-Through)

Every voice call and WhatsApp interaction incurs direct, non-recoverable pass-through costs from deep-tech providers (OpenAI, Deepgram, Sarvam AI, Vobiz PSTN telecom trunks, Meta Cloud API). We cannot reverse GPU compute time or carrier interconnect fees once utilized.

Direct Third-Party Billing Note:Any direct carrier minute charges billed to you by Vobiz (or third-party telephony providers) and conversation messaging fees billed to you by Meta Platforms, Inc. (WhatsApp Cloud API) are paid directly by you to those third parties. Parwal AI does not collect or manage those third-party fees and cannot refund, credit, or dispute them.

Complimentary Trial (10 Mins & 200 Credits)

Every new user receives 10 complimentary voice minutes and 200 chat credits to thoroughly test call latency, multilingual voice models (Hindi, Indian English), and WhatsApp agent routing prior to selecting a paid subscription.

Subscription Plans & Credit Rollover

Starter (₹3,999/mo) and Growth (₹5,999/mo) include monthly allocations with credit rollover on active accounts. Unused rolled-over minutes expire if the subscription lapses or is cancelled.

Telephony Phone Number Leases

Carrier phone number leasing fees are strictly non-refundable once allocated. Cancelled or non-renewed phone numbers are released back to carrier pools.

Cancellations & End-of-Cycle Access

You can cancel at any time via Settings → Billing. Access remains active through the current paid billing period without prorated refund.

Billing Inquiries & Dispute Handling

Please contact billing@parwal.ai prior to raising any bank dispute. We review inquiries within 2 business days and resolve legitimate billing discrepancies. We do not assess arbitrary administrative penalties.

Technical Duplicate Charges & Gateway Glitches

If an automated gateway timeout bills your account twice for the exact same transaction within 60 minutes, email billing@parwal.ai within seven (7) calendar days with Cashfree reference transaction IDs for a full duplicate refund within 5-7 business days.
