20% Monthly Cash Rev-Share with Domain Deal Protection
Agency partners earn a recurring 20% commission on net subscription revenues for 6 months per client, protected by 30-day domain registration locks. Invoices comply with Indian TDS Sec 194H (2%) and GST SAC 9983.
Program Overview & Eligibility
This Agency Partner & Affiliate Agreement ("Partner Agreement") governs participation in the Parwal AI Agency Network provided by Parwal AI (operating from DDU Nagar, Raipur 492001, Chhattisgarh, India). By submitting a Partner Application, you agree to these terms, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy.
20% Recurring Commission Structure (6 Months)
Partners receive a recurring twenty percent (20%) commission on net collected subscription revenues for up to six (6) consecutive calendar months per referred paying customer, excluding taxes, phone number leases, and pass-through telecom carrier fees.
Domain Deal Registration & 30-Day Exclusivity Lock
Partners may register client corporate domains (e.g. acmecorp.com) with verifiable outreach evidence. Approved registrations lock client attribution exclusively to the Partner for 30 calendar days.
Tax Compliance: 2% TDS (Sec 194H) & GST (SAC 9983)
Under Indian Income-tax Act Section 194H, commission payouts are subject to statutory 2% TDS withholding. Submission of a valid Indian PAN is required prior to payout release. Quarterly digital Form 16A certificates are issued. Invoices adhere to GST SAC Code 9983 (18%).
Payout Schedules & Minimum Thresholds
Commissions are calculated on the 1st of each month and disbursed on the 15th via direct bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS/Wire). A minimum accrued balance of ₹2,000 INR ($50 USD) is required to trigger disbursement.
Prohibited Activities & Fraud Policy
The following practices are strictly prohibited and result in immediate commission forfeiture:
- Self-Referrals: Earning commissions on own accounts, sister agencies, or personal workspaces.
- Brand PPC Bidding: Purchasing Google/Bing search ads bidding on "Parwal" or variations.
- Spam: Sending unsolicited mass cold emails or making unauthorized automated telemarketing calls.
Confidentiality & Strict Customer Audio Isolation
Agency partners have ZERO ACCESS to referred clients' caller voice streams, raw audio recordings, conversational transcripts, or private knowledge bases. Telemetry and voice privacy remain strictly isolated to the client's workspace.
Independent Contractor Status
The relationship between the parties is that of independent contractors. Partner has no authority to make representations or bind Parwal AI in contract.
Term, Suspension & Commission Forfeiture
Either party may terminate participation upon 15 days written notice. Termination for cause (e.g. brand bidding or fraudulent self-referrals) results in immediate forfeiture of all pending commissions.
